The Compounding Production Supervisor manages daily department operations and long-term objectives. This leader guides production teams across compounding, processing, pre-weighing, and inventory control activities. The position also develops employees, improves performance metrics, and supports operational excellence through collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily compounding, mixing, processing, and pre-weighing operations
Ensure GMP, SOP, policy, and regulatory compliance
Optimize personnel, equipment, materials, and production schedules
Monitor safety, quality, productivity, batch,



and cost metrics
Investigate deviations and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions
Requirements: Solid manufacturing background
Leadership experience in production operations
Commitment to quality and workplace safety
Ability to develop employees, team leads, and supervisors
Ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration
