This permanent full-time MRI Technologist position supports Medical Imaging on rotating weekday, evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will prepare and assess patients, obtain contrast consent, verify examination validity, and coordinate with radiologists. The role also requires image review, documentation confirmation, PACS submission, and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy. Humber River Health serves communities across the northwest Greater Toronto Area through a multi-site organization and advanced digital healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assess patients before MRI examinations




Perform MRI safety screening for every patient
Obtain contrast consent and confirm examination validity
Complete image review and documentation checks
Submit examinations through PACS for radiologist reporting
Requirements: CMRITO registration as an MRI Technologist
MRT plus MRI certification
Previous recent clinical MRI experience
CAMRT registration preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills
Bring independent judgment, MRI certification, patient communication, and safety knowledge to Medical Imaging at the Wilson site.
