Reporting to the Senior Manager, D2C Operations & Comm, you will support retail performance and planning. The placement runs from January through April 2027. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, revise processes, prepare presentations, and support store operations across Lindt Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate projects with teams across the organization
Revise internal operational processes and policies
Support store maintenance requests and service contracts
Prepare retail project reports and presentations
Process store invoices and non-financial reporting
Requirements: Pursuing a related diploma or degree
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Confidence preparing and delivering presentations
Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills
Support Lindt Canada retail operations through project coordination, process improvement, reporting, and explicit communication in Toronto.
