As Account Manager, Patient Support Programs, you will coordinate services through partner banners within Specialty Health Network. You will collaborate with subcontracted pharmacies, clinics, laboratories, manufacturers, and internal teams. The work requires compliant execution, clear communication, and performance oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts with pharmacies, clinics, and laboratory vendors
Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and profile updates
Lead regular operational meetings with subcontracted banners
Prepare quarterly business reviews with internal collaborators
Oversee quality, financial,



performance, and customer service audits
Requirements: Three to five years in pharmacy, nursing, biotechnology, or related fields
Bilingual French and English communication required
Solid interpersonal, leadership, and partnership-building skills
Ability to work independently with initiative
Understanding of specialty pharmacy and retail pharmacy landscapes
