Support residents' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being as a Health Care Aide with Bethany Care Society.
Located at Bethany Riverview in Calgary, this permanent part time position focuses on responsive, resident-centred care. The Health Care Aide assists with daily living, promotes independence, and communicates observations to Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses. Cooperative teamwork and accurate health-care records are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to resident needs according to care plans
Maintain resident privacy and dignity during care
Monitor, observe, document, and report holistic needs
Promote safety for residents, teammates, and self




Work cooperatively with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements: Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate
Grade 10 education and CLHA registration
Previous Health Care Aide experience preferred, not required
Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Effective English understanding, speaking, reading, and writing
