Key Responsibilities: Support plan design analysis and employee contribution analysis
Review cost trends, rate-setting and renewals
Contribute to carrier bid and scenario reviews
Evaluate retiree medical or disability plan valuations




Translate data and research into client-ready insights
Requirements: Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate
Interest in healthcare, benefits, analytics or consulting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
