Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and promote annual HRM Spring and Fall Job Fairs
Create and manage virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
Resolve technical issues for attendees and presenters
Coordinate target-group and sector-specific employment events
Collect evaluations, analyze results, and report findings
Requirements: Event management education or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Canva, MS Office, and event platforms
Experience executing event marketing campaigns
Knowledge of event planning ethics and practices
Ability to secure required background checks
Bring event coordination, outreach, technology, and client-centred service skills to employment events serving Halifax communities.
