Support rent calculations and tenant services as a Property Management Clerk with the City of Greater Sudbury at 10 Elm Street. This permanent position works 70 hours bi-weekly without shift work.

Within Housing Operations, you will provide clerical support for the Property Manager and team. The work supports Rent-Geared-To-Income public housing and residential tenancy administration. Responsibilities include rent adjustments, annual reviews, lease renewals, vacant-unit offers, tenant files, and service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify information for Rent-Geared-To-Income rent calculations
Prepare rent notices, decisions, and Social Housing Reform Act forms
Complete annual lease renewals for assigned households
Process accommodation offers from the Central Registry Wait List




Prepare move-in files and explain policies to applicants

Requirements:
Secondary School education plus specialized administrative training
Over one to two and one-half years of related experience
Knowledge of housing and residential tenancy legislation
Solid analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills
Windows, Word, Excel, YARDI, and English proficiency
