This senior leader owns strategic growth initiatives that expand manufacturing capacity and support fivefold operational growth over five years. Responsibilities include integrated schedules, financial models, change control, governance, and cross-functional delivery. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop growth roadmaps, project charters, schedules, and risk plans
Establish governance mechanisms and executive review processes
Manage capital investments, expenditures, forecasts, and variances
Resolve barriers and coordinate cross-functional execution plans
Lead structured launch and ramp-up plans
Requirements:
10+ years leading projects, operations, manufacturing, engineering, or capital initiatives
Project Management Qualified certification
Proven large-scale manufacturing growth or transformation experience
Robust executive presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
Significant capital investment and financial modeling experience
