This Assistant Brand Experience Leader partners with the Brand Experience Leader across people development, store routines, and business results. You will set daily direction, reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and support action plans that improve execution. The position also includes opening and closing routines, shipment receipt, bank deposits, and maintaining a protected, clean store.

Key Responsibilities:
Set daily direction and goals for arriving associates
Support action plans and operational activities
Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits




Receive shipments and disseminate company directives
Maintain secure, clean, engaging store experiences

Requirements:
Experience delivering operational and sales results
Consumer-first retail experience and selling culture focus
Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
Ability to meet stated physical demands
