Direct resort security operations at Blue Mountain Resort, combining team leadership, conflict resolution, and emergency response. This full time, year-round position requires evenings, nights, and weekends.

Reporting to the Director, Emergency Services, the Resort Security Operations Manager leads frontline Security and Parking teams. The role maintains a visible resort presence, supports guests, investigates incidents, and ensures policy and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with police, fire, EMS, and community partners is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, schedule, and lead frontline security personnel
Maintain visible presence and address guest concerns throughout resort
Resolve conflicts and confidently de-escalate challenging situations




Lead incident investigations, documentation, communication, and follow-up
Build working relationships with police, fire, EMS, and partners

Requirements:
Progressive safety, security, or emergency management experience
At least five years of relevant experience
Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
Valid Ontario Driver License required
First Aid, CPR, and AED certified training
