Advance student achievement as Superintendent with Ontario’s Provincial and Demonstration Schools Branch, leading improvement plans and educational operations.
This senior leadership position directs specialized programming, related services, and system-wide capacity building across the Ministry of Education. You will lead a large geographically dispersed team operating seven schools, lodging sites, and campuses. Occasional travel is required between Belleville, Brantford, Milton, and London.

Requirements:
Ontario College of Teachers membership in positive standing
Supervisory Officer’s Certificate or current completion progress
Experience mentoring and developing high-performing leaders
Ability to manage competing demands and organizational outcomes
Evidence, data, and research-based decision-making ability
Shape student achievement through strategic planning, organizational change, collaboration, and specialized educational leadership within Ontario’s public service.
