As a Software Developer focused on product, growth, and AI agents, you will automate patient outreach and care access. Your work covers insurance checks, appointment reminders, billing follow-up, and re-engagement. You will connect intelligent systems to real workflows while maintaining accurate, protected, and compliant healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design multi-step agents for outreach, intake, and insurance checks
Automate appointment reminders, billing follow-up, and re-engagement
Build evaluation and monitoring for accurate, secure agents
Integrate CRM, scheduling, billing, SMS,



and voice workflows
Work with operations, billing, marketing, and the founder

Requirements:
Two to four-plus years building production software
Full-stack development experience preferred
Hands-on LLM experience with tool use and prompt design
Experience with multi-step agents and evaluations
Knowledge of healthcare, billing, claims, HIPAA, voice, or SMS AI is bonus
