Own daily ServiceNow configuration, administration, and support at Lightspeed, using JavaScript and platform scripting to improve critical workflows. Work across multiple instances and technical teams.
As a hands-on developer, you will maintain a scalable ServiceNow environment spanning ITSM and HRSD applications. Your work includes access controls, platform health, reusable standards, documentation, and user procedures. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams on complex issues and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: Administer roles, ACLs, permissions, and platform access controls
Maintain applications, catalog items, record producers, and user experiences
Investigate performance issues and optimize platform solutions
Establish reusable patterns for workflows,



notifications, and approvals
Maintain runbooks, integration documentation, and user procedures
Requirements: Hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow
Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting API knowledge
Experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow and system issues independently
Experience translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions
Use ServiceNow administration, scripting, security, and troubleshooting expertise to strengthen Lightspeed’s platform operations.
