Key Responsibilities: Track marketing spend against plans and reconcile actuals
Partner with Finance on forecasts, accruals, and reviews
Coordinate special projects from kickoff through completion
Plan and run team all-hands programs
Prepare updates for leaders and business reviews
Requirements: Located in Canada, preferably Mountain or Pacific time
Experience coordinating projects, programs, marketing operations, or similar
Comfort using spreadsheets, budgets, forecasting, and variance tracking
Robust written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Discretion with confidential business and financial information
