University Health Network (UHN) is hiring a Home Hemodialysis Personal Support Worker to support patients in Toronto General Hospital & community settings. The role includes delivering direct care during dialysis, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and coordinating with nursing staff and vendors.
The position requires a PSW certificate, BCLS, English fluency, and the ability to travel to patient locations.
