Coordinate construction projects with Premform in Toronto and surrounding areas, using scheduling, quality control, and production tracking skills. Support project performance from planning through closeout.
Premform seeks an experienced Project Coordinator for its Canadian Buildings Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist with project administration for one large or several smaller projects. The work includes status reporting, supplier and client relationships, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, and subcontract monitoring.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with schedules, quality control, production tracking, and project status
Maintain robust relationships with suppliers and clients
Process change orders and assess cost and schedule impacts
Administer RFI and shop drawing processes




Support project closeout, documents, manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work
Requirements: At least one year of construction experience in an operational role
Knowledge of equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, materials, and standards
Basic understanding of construction sequences
Effective oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autodesk products
Bring construction coordination, reporting, change order, and communication skills to Premform projects across Toronto and surrounding areas.
