Key Responsibilities: Take first notice of loss claims from customers
Explain basic claim processes and general information
Obtain necessary information from customers and third parties
Schedule inspections and arrange required services
Update files through data entry and documentation
Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Robust oral and written communication competency
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to manage pressure and high volumes efficiently
