IKO seeks recent engineering graduates for Production Supervisor positions in Madoc or Hawkesbury, with bilingual ability preferred in Hawkesbury. This full time permanent role includes rotating shifts and simultaneous participation in the 24-month Building Future Leaders Program. You will support safety programs, documentation, workforce communication, and plant performance.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements
Lead behavior-based safety and risk assessment activities
Ensure rigorous follow-up of all 5S requirements
Resolve conflicts in line with IKO values




Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering education
Senior expected May 2027 or recent graduate
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to stand and walk frequently
Develop as an Ontario production supervisor by combining engineering education with safety leadership, compliance discipline, and operational communication.
