The Executive Housekeeper leads the overall day-to-day operation of Housekeeping and serves on the Wickaninnish Inn’s Senior Management Team. This position develops people, coordinates human resources, and maintains cleanliness across the Inn while following Relais & Châteaux, Forbes, AAA, and Wickaninnish Inn service philosophies. Success requires organized decision-making, detailed inspections, and responsive guest support.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and physical condition across all Inn areas
Coordinate hiring, training, supervision, payroll, and employee schedules
Source, purchase,



and inventory housekeeping supplies
Coordinate renovations, upgrades, and Annual Closure deep cleaning
Ensure health, safety, and sustainable cleaning compliance
Requirements: Exemplary guest service and enthusiasm for exceeding expectations
Ability to lead a world-class Housekeeping team
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Robust attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Use housekeeping operations, team leadership, and cost management skills to uphold exceptional standards at the Wickaninnish Inn.
