Serco Canada Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor for snow and ice operations at Goose Bay to support NORAD and DND missions. You will lead a shift, ensure safety, and coordinate with military customers.
The role emphasizes robust supervision, incident logging, and remote-site work. The position requires a NL Class 3 license with 8/9 endorsements, three years in heavy equipment operation, and the ability to obtain DND/RDDC certification and Enhanced Reliability clearance.
