Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and efficient store running
Lead sales teams through coaching and mentoring
Deliver inspirational, authentic customer service standards
Reconcile cash at the beginning and end of day
Open and close the store according to rota
Requirements: Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
Ability to achieve sales and service targets
Desirable previous supervisory experience
Experience with retail point-of-sale software
Availability for days, nights, weekends, and events
