Key Responsibilities: Coordinate busy calendars, meetings, and veterinarian appointments
Answer phones, forward calls, and record messages
Book emergency slaughters and coordinate clinic communications




Receive products, schedule couriers, and load orders
Maintain supplies, inventory, files, samples, and shipments
Requirements: Administrative experience in an office environment
