WoodGreen Community Services in Toronto is seeking an Awake Overnight Youth Worker to provide direct, supervised care in the Redwood Program’s live-in setting. Work hours include Friday overnight 12am-9am and Saturday night into Sunday morning, totaling 21 hours per week, in a CUPE-bargaining unit position.
The role focuses on youth wellbeing, safety, and engagement, with a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
