Responsibilities combine secure donation handling, volunteer support, location visits, and communication with City or Assistant Coordinators. The role operates in malls, stores, and retail outlets, with prolonged standing and cold weather exposure.
Key Responsibilities: Collect donations and petite cash securely at Kettle locations
Ensure donation security throughout each full assigned shift
Answer donor questions about Salvation Army programs and ministries
Report location issues and supply shortages daily




Complete training and campaign orientation
Requirements: Solid customer service skills with diverse people
Enthusiastic approach with excellent interpersonal communication
Willingness to support Salvation Army mission and purpose
Ability to work under pressure and changing priorities
Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
