Coordinate RFP operations for Marqeta remotely from Ontario or British Columbia, using Loopio and cross-functional project management skills. Keep responses accurate and timely.
As Senior Analyst, RFP Operations, you will manage RFP, RFI, and DDQ workflows from intake through submission. You will coordinate Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Marketing contributors. The work also supports Loopio upkeep, content reviews, and process improvements across Marqeta’s response process.
Key Responsibilities: Manage RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects through submission
Coordinate contributors and gather inputs across business teams
Assign Loopio questions and track project status
Follow up with subject matter experts and escalate blockers




Support library reviews, content updates, and workflow improvements
Requirements: Experience in proposal, RFP, project, or GTM operations
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, owners, and workstreams
Explicit communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Strong writing instincts for clarity, tone, and completeness
Comfort learning Loopio, Salesforce, Slack, or similar tools
Bring organized coordination, strong writing, and Loopio skills to Marqeta’s Senior RFP Operations Analyst team.
