PURE Canadian Gaming seeks a Security Officer responsible for the safety of patrons, casino employees, volunteer workers, chips, monies, and gaming equipment. The position requires customer service, communication, teamwork, and safety orientation. Duties also include supporting jackpot payouts, casino pulls, customer service coverage, and police liaison.
Key Responsibilities: Provide escorts for chip fills, credits, cash movements, and patrons
Verify large jackpot payouts and assist casino gaming pulls
Support customer service and coat check during staff breaks




Liaise with local police and provide requested assistance
Deliver courteous service while following casino policies
Requirements: Security license and clearance are required
First Aid Certification and FINTRAC Training
PPCT, hand cuff, ProTect, and ProServe training
Deal Us In Phase I and Phase II training
Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and conflict resolution ability
