Trillium Rail Partners seeks a Community Engagement Manager for its Stations, Rail, and Systems scope. Reporting to the Communications and Community Engagement Lead, this role coordinates construction communications with project teams, the Contracting Authority, and other ECWE contractors. You will identify impacts, prepare approved information, and support consistent messaging. The work covers planning, public engagement, issue response, and reporting within formal project governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate construction notifications and canvassing programs
Prepare transparent public materials and technical briefing materials




Coordinate Community Impact Mitigation Plans with technical teams
Maintain engagement records, approvals, commitments, and action logs
Support incidents with verified information and coordinated updates

Requirements:
Minimum five years’ progressively responsible communications experience
Experience in infrastructure, transit, utilities, or construction preferred
Ability to manage contentious issues and practical responses
Knowledge of accessible engagement practices and AODA requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking systems

Use construction communications, issue management, and approval coordination skills to support the project’s public information commitments.
