Support insider risk operations at CIBC as a Coordinator Co-op, using research, communication, and organization in a versatile work arrangement.

This four-month co-op supports CIBC’s Corporate Security Insider Risk Program in Toronto. You will assist Enhanced Screening with background screening coordination, administrative tasks, program enhancement, and operational statistics. The experience includes exposure to investigations, third-party risk, internal fraud, and financial industry insider risk. You may also network with Corporate Security teams and related industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open files and gather data for Insider Risk Program operations
- Analyze data and prepare operational statistics
- Assist with dashboards, meetings, and internal communications




- Research insider risk topics and prepare risk assessments
- Support training, awareness, employee engagement, and internal events

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
- Returning to full-time studies after the co-op
- Interest in intelligence handling, criminal justice, or insider threats
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills
- Curiosity, strong time management, and relationship-building ability
