Gucci seeks an Operations Controller with two to three or more years of similar experience. This position focuses on cycle counts, scheduled inventories, reconciliations, receiving, tracking, storing merchandise, and resolving operational issues. Strong organization, attention to detail, and inventory software knowledge support daily boutique performance.
Key Responsibilities: Execute accurate, organized store inventory processes
Perform cycle counts and scheduled inventories
Reconcile inventory with management direction and support
Ensure timely merchandise movement through required procedures
Communicate discrepancies and operational issues immediately
Requirements: Previous similar experience in fashion retail preferred
Strong organizational skills for productive inventory management
Detailed, accurate approach to stock control
