Northern Health is seeking an experienced, highly effective, and self-directed Clerk for its Interprofessional Team department. This position handles reception and administrative support while answering general inquiries about programs and policies. It also involves working with small children and families, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating with other Health Centre departments.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and support clients through reception duties
Answer general inquiries about programs and policies
Provide administrative support under site coordination




Liaise with departments across the Health Centre
Operate related office equipment and computer programs
Requirements: Grade 12 plus one year office experience in healthcare
Interest in working with small children and families
Ability to establish and maintain client rapport
Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively
Physical ability to operate related equipment
Support Stewart Health Centre clients with reception expertise, confidentiality, organization, and clear communication for Northern Health.
