Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales, revenue, customer experience, and operational objectives
Lead coaching, training, scheduling, interviews, and staff management
Execute CRM follow-up and maintain CASL compliance
Audit transactions, manage inventory, and control shrink




Maintain kiosk standards and ensure policy compliance
Requirements: Three to five years of retail supervision and management experience
Wireless or electronics retail experience is preferred
Detail-oriented, results-focused ability to manage multiple priorities
