You will build trusted client relationships, assess insurance needs, recommend solutions, and simplify coverage for small business customers. The position handles inbound calls, policy sales, renewals, and service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Provide front-line commercial insurance sales and customer service
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Sell recent policies to existing and new clients
Process applications, certificates, changes, and renewals
Coordinate documentation with Sales, Underwriters, and Adjusters
Requirements: Alberta General Insurance Agent Licence Level 1 required
Strong customer service, sales, or call center experience
