This leadership role assists the Bakery Manager with department preparation and team performance. You will coach and train Team Members, resolve issues, manage merchandise and inventory, and schedule toward financial objectives. The position requires bakery experience, product knowledge, strong computer skills, creativity, and effective communication. Work occurs in a store retail workplace with days, evenings, weekends, and travel for off-site events.
Key Responsibilities: Coach and train Team Members for productivity
Provide support during regular team meetings
Resolve Team Member and customer issues
Manage inventory, merchandising, and scheduling
Provide exceptional service to Customers and Vendors
Requirements: Minimum one year of bakery department experience
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate
Strong computer skills and system learning ability
