Specialty Life Insurance seeks an LLQP and AMF licensed advisor with Quebec licensing in positive standing. You will discuss life insurance needs with pre-qualified clients, build lasting relationships, manage call opportunities, and partner with internal teams. English and French sales communication is required.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified life insurance clients
Build lasting relationships beyond initial policy placement
Manage inbound and outbound call opportunities
Partner with internal teams on client experience
Develop skills through coaching, training, and collaboration
Requirements: Valid LLQP and AMF licenses in good standing
Quebec license required for this position
Comfort selling in English and French
Two-plus years of life insurance sales preferred
Suitable secure home workspace and reliable internet connectivity
