Key Responsibilities: Own the Ship Support queue and resolve store issues
Follow orders from picking through shipping completion
Identify backlogs using daily network monitoring
Escalate fulfillment issues requiring broader solutions
Suggest process or tool changes from recurring problems
Requirements: Related degree or equivalent experience
eCommerce, retail, store operations, fulfillment, or customer service experience
Ability to analyze data and determine corrective actions
Basic Excel proficiency; basic SQL is advantageous
