Product Guides deliver best-in-class brand experiences while sharing product knowledge and supporting guest problem solving. You will represent Arc’teryx in-store and in the community, collaborate with store leadership, and help elevate the guest experience. The work includes accurate transactions, communications, inventory tasks, and participation in store priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical product guidance and exceptional guest service
Represent Arc’teryx as a community brand ambassador
Collaborate openly with teammates and store leadership




Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
Support inventory receiving and box unpacking as required
Requirements: Enjoyment of customer service and workplace fun
Strong flexibility when priorities or circumstances change
Self-motivated approach to solving guest problems

Open availability for specified weekend and weekday shifts
