Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment for Normet as a Warehouse Operations Specialist in Val-d'Or. Work independently onsite.
Normet develops technology and equipment for mining, tunnelling, and construction across more than 30 countries. This Warehouse Operator position independently manages daily warehouse activities, including inventory organization, ERP transactions, customer orders, and material handling. You will coordinate with carriers, suppliers, management, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
Organize inventory for accessible, productive warehouse storage
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Enter receipts, movements, and orders into ERP systems




Pick, pack, label, and document customer shipments
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Two to three years warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
Shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control experience
ERP, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds
Apply warehouse organization, ERP accuracy, and independent judgment while supporting Normet operations in Val-d'Or and beyond.
