About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales & Business Development to identify customer needs, shape technology-led propositions with product and engineering teams, and personally lead complex enterprise sales from discovery through contract close. The role includes validating offers through demonstrations and pilots, expanding customer relationships across multiple solutions, and developing partnerships with systems integrators and other relevant providers. The successful candidate will own the regional sales plan, pipeline, and forecast, and build the team as the business grows.
They will also establish executive relationships and turn successful propositions into repeatable revenue.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience, with a consistent record of originating and closing complex current-customer deals and exceeding targets. Experience taking a technology proposition from customer need to paying customers, along with established senior relationships in the region, is essential. Sector expertise in telecommunications, financial services, media, or major technology platforms is required, as is commercial and technical fluency in value-based selling, business cases, pricing, and margins. For the Asia region, business-fluent English and Mandarin are essential, including the ability to lead discovery and negotiations in Mandarin.
