Support Nordex wind farm operations through inventory accuracy, material coordination, and warehouse processes across Canada. Regular site travel is required.
This Site Material Coordinator position manages material flow for Nordex wind farms and regional warehouses. You will investigate discrepancies, expedite urgent requests, and support warehouse transitions during wind farm turnover. The role works with Service Operations, Global Spare Parts, sourcing teams, and logistics partners to maintain material availability.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate stock records
Expedite urgent WTO and 91 demand requirements
Identify material delays and escalate operational issues proactively
Support warehouse setup and transition during site turnover
Train site personnel on material management processes
Requirements: Two years of inventory management experience or equivalent knowledge
High School Diploma required
Solid organizational and time management skills
Experience with SAP preferred
Ability to travel within Canada and internationally
Bring inventory expertise, warehouse coordination, and proactive problem-solving to Nordex wind farm operations throughout Canada.
