Support Medcan’s Optometry Service through Salesforce scheduling, client consultations, preliminary testing, and treatment coordination in a highly client-facing position. Daily interactions span administrative, testing, consultation, and treatment services.
The Product Coordinator provides operational and client-facing support for Medcan’s Optometry Service. You will manage appointments, maintain records, conduct screening, and perform approved treatments under optometrist supervision. The position also includes MacuMira consultations, client education, insurance support, vendor coordination, inventory control, and payment inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Manage optometrist schedules, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
Maintain client information using Accuro and Salesforce




Conduct preliminary screening and diagnostic testing with approved equipment
Perform ZEST and MacuMira treatments under established protocols
Respond to client inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels
Requirements: University degree or college diploma preferred
One to two years of customer service experience
Healthcare or optometry experience considered an asset
Ability to follow clinical guidelines, protocols, and eligibility criteria
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce considered an asset
Bring organized client care, clinical testing, Salesforce coordination, and skilled communication to Medcan’s Optometry Service.
