Support project procurement through contract administration, sourcing activities, bid evaluations, negotiations, and supplier performance monitoring. Occasional project travel may be required.
Reporting to the Manager, SCM Projects, this SCM Contracts Advisor supports assigned project contracts after award. Based on workload and business needs, the role may execute end-to-end sourcing. Duties include bid preparation, evaluations, approvals, contract changes, cost tracking, issue follow-up, and close-out. Solid organization and communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare bid packages and coordinate competitive sourcing events
Coordinate bidder questions, evaluations, negotiations, approvals, and awards
Review awarded contracts, terms, deliverables, and reporting requirements
Maintain contract files, change logs, contacts,



and required trackers
Resolve commercial issues and follow up on risks or concerns
Requirements: Five or more years of relevant contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project experience
Experience supporting sourcing events and bid evaluations preferred
Experience with contract changes, supplier meetings, and close-out preferred
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and sourcing or contract systems
Bring sourcing coordination, contract knowledge, negotiation support, and accurate documentation to project procurement and award activities.
