Operate tractor and pneumatic trailer equipment for Element Technical Services in Red Deer, Alberta, following dispatch instructions and safety requirements.
This full time Air Can Operator / Transport Driver loads, unloads, and disperses materials for the Element logistics dispatch team. The work requires Class 1 driving, equipment inspections, Air Can procedure knowledge, and compliance with transportation regulations. Operators maintain logs, complete tickets, and communicate with coworkers.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and operate tractor and pneumatic trailer equipment
Load, unload, and disperse materials as required
Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
Maintain driver hours and vehicle service logs
Attend safety meetings and maneuver equipment using hand signals
Requirements: Valid Class 1 driver license and satisfactory driving abstract
Valid H2S and First Aid certifications
Knowledge of truck safety and equipment maintenance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability for a 14-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
