We are hiring a Recruiter for medical intake specialists and scheduling coordinators across multiple locations. This full-cycle role sits on a lean talent team and covers sourcing, screening, coordination, closing, systems, and reporting. Continuous hiring requires building pipelines and keeping candidates engaged.
Key Responsibilities: Run recruiting pipelines for high-volume operations roles
Partner with managers on calibration, interviews, and debriefs
Coordinate candidates and communicate process updates quickly
Maintain requisitions, stages, notes, and feedback in Ashby
Report pipeline health,



conversion, time to fill, and drop-off
Requirements: Three to five years running high-volume, repeating pipelines
Ability to maintain quality as hiring volume increases
Comfort owning recruiting and operational processes
Explicit, quick communication with candidates and managers
Organization across candidates, roles, and markets
Bring full-cycle recruiting, pipeline management, and operational discipline to growing healthcare operations teams across United States and Canada.
