Outside Sales/Business Development Quebec & Atlantic Account Executive – HVAC
Territory: Quebec & Atlantic Canada
Our client, an established HVAC distributor, is seeking an Account Executive to grow sales and develop customer relationships across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. This opportunity suits a motivated sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building strong partnerships with contractors and dealers.
Key Responsibilities Identify recent business opportunities and grow territory sales and profitability.
Develop relationships with HVAC contractors, dealers, and key decision-makers.
Recruit new dealers and expand business with existing customers.
Deliver product presentations, prepare proposals, and manage the sales process through closing.
Work with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to support customers.
Maintain accurate CRM records,



sales forecasts, and territory plans.
Qualifications Proven success in HVAC sales, account management, or business development.
Strong understanding of HVAC products and the construction market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage an active sales territory.
Existing relationships with HVAC contractors and new-home builders are an asset.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation Commission-based.
Travel Extensive field activity, with approximately 80% or more of time spent visiting customers and prospects.
