API Integration Support Engineer candidates apply debugging and data analysis skills to customer implementations with third-party systems. This is a full time remote position.
PSD Citywide is seeking a technical resource who supports platform integrations, applications, and APIs for customers. The role investigates root causes across software, configuration, data, and supporting technologies, then develops or implements appropriate solutions. Collaboration spans Implementation, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Translate customer workflows and requirements into technical solutions
Reproduce reported issues in development or test environments
Diagnose logs, stack traces, requests, responses, and database records




Validate fixes and monitor systems after implementation
Share feedback and recurring challenges with Product and Engineering
Requirements: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Three to five years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing practices
Familiarity with Git or similar source control systems
Ability to interpret logs, stack traces, and technical documentation
Bring API troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional communication skills to customer integration support at PSD Citywide.
