As Project Administrator, you will support multiple projects within a leading real estate organization’s Construction Services team. The six-month contract combines financial administration, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and closeout ownership. You will help maintain accurate records while supporting project timelines and monthly reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Track project budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and financial information
Support invoice processing, purchase orders, payments, and cost coding
Review invoices and reconcile discrepancies with accounting teams
Maintain contracts, permits, tender documents,
and progress reports
Coordinate project activities and support formal closeouts
Requirements: Two or more years of project administration or coordination experience
Strong Excel skills maintaining budgets and financial data
Experience with financial documentation and budget reporting
Closeout documentation experience and formal project closure knowledge
Yardi experience is an asset; Procore familiarity is valued
