Construction estimating and proposal development define this full time Saskatoon opportunity with 3twenty Modular, including occasional travel and in-person work.
As a Construction Estimator, you will collaborate with sales, designers, specialists, subtrades, and project managers. You will review RFPs, consolidate RFIs, coordinate feasible designs, and develop accurate estimates for modular construction projects. The work supports turnkey building solutions across Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Review RFPs and gather project requirements for submissions
Consolidate RFIs and clarifications from teams and vendors
Coordinate feasible, cost-effective proposals with designers and subcontractors
Estimate materials, labour, and other construction costs




Prepare proposals and lead project hand-off meetings
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or construction management
Five or more years of relevant experience preferred
Technical understanding of construction processes and building materials
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Self-directed approach to process improvement
Bring construction knowledge, estimating accuracy, and collaborative proposal skills to 3twenty Modular's Saskatoon team and projects.
