As Maintenance Supervisor, you lead personnel responsible for installing, rebuilding, and maintaining equipment and building assets. You coordinate daily and break-in work with operations. You also provide technical support for capital projects, equipment standardization, and critical equipment start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze maintenance KPIs to assess operating efficiency
Identify root causes and prospects to improve performance
Plan maintenance schedules with operations
Support equipment selection, layout, and installation
Respond to calls and provide on-call maintenance support
Requirements:
Five-plus years industrial maintenance experience
Supervisory experience with Millwrights, Electricians, or Power Engineers
Continuous improvement mindset; Six Sigma or Lean knowledge preferred
Strategic decision-making affecting safety, uptime, and productivity
Solid organization and time management across multiple priorities
