Lead afternoon distribution operations at MEC’s Western Distribution Centre in Surrey, using warehouse leadership and WMS expertise onsite. Support partners through organized, safety-focused supervision.

As a full time Western Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will lead by example while supporting internal and external MEC partners. You will coordinate workloads, staffing, communication, safety, and efficiency across distribution centre functions. The position requires hands-on leadership, cross-training, and continuous improvement collaboration.

Requirements:
At least one year of warehouse or distribution centre experience

WMS, Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook proficiency
